Up to three (3) items may be borrowed from the College library by the following individuals:

• Fellows and Members of the College
• Residents of the College

Literature searches

Library staff can access and search a wide range of biomedical and scientific databases. Literature searches may be requested by telephone or by e-mail to library@ghcps.org.

Full-text articles

Printouts of full-text articles in electronic journals held by the College through the HINARI database and other resources can be provided for Fellows, Members and residents of the College.

Tutorials

Guidance is offered to library clients on developing effective search strategies and instruction on how to use various databases. These are held at the request of users who are required to give five days prior notice.

Databases and Reference Materials

The library maintains on this website links to online continuing medical education (CME), selected reference publications, databases, online current awareness sources, discussions lists, conferences and meetings, evaluated and critical appraisal sources for evidence-based medicine, guides on publications and professional bodies and relevant medical organizations.
